Toes
facing the side of the deck. This is a great stance for Skateboarding
or Surfing but not for Go-Pedding. Remember on a Go-Ped® you have
handlebars in front of you. Twisting your body is not a good technique,
it is a bad habit.

Feet, body
and everything up front hugging the T-Handle. This not only looks
stupid, it is extremely dangerous to distribute your weight so poorly.
One bump in the road and this guy is in a full no-handed, pavement-eating,
scorpion slide. . |

Here
is the basic Go-Ped® stance; a good example of a good natural stance
that allows you to have complete control. This should get you started,
and with a little help from the pros below, develop a proper style
of your own. Remember, comfort is the key.

This is an
example of how to have absolute lack of control. This stance is way
too forward causing his weight distribution to be way off and also
have very little steering control. Notice the red triangle illustrates
how he has a severe lack of stability |

shows a good example of good weight distribution and a rider who is
in good control and ready to take on any occurrence that may come
his way. |
